Hotel Sfera Lumut, Lumut

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, especially since my room was conveniently situated near the swimming pool. The view was lovely, facing the pool, and the room was immaculately clean and in excellent condition. However, the constant traffic down the corridor from the entrance to the pool was a bit of a distraction.

Wow, the hotel really surprised me! The rooms were clean and nice for a family stay, making it a comfortable experience overall. However, there was an issue with cleanliness as the room was infested with cockroaches. The service was a mix of using a master key to unlock my room, feeling welcomed and at home, but lacking a bit in basic manners. The location was great, conveniently located near local food joints and just a 5-minute drive to Lumut jetty. The dining experience was okay, with a good selection of food but had some seating issues due to a function. The facilities were decent, but could be improved overall.

Staying at this hotel was a bit inconvenient for my parents due to the rooms being situated in another building connected by a bridge, requiring multiple elevator rides and crossing the sky bridge. The room facing the main road was not ideal. Despite these drawbacks, the service was top-notch, with prompt assistance upon request and a fabulous, welcoming atmosphere. The location was excellent, offering convenience with nearby essential facilities and easy access to various attractions. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing, with limited options and some dissatisfaction with the quality. However, the facilities were satisfactory overall.

The hotel is centrally located in a small town in Lumut, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are situated across two buildings, requiring elevator access and some walking, which can be tiring without staff assistance. The sauna facility adds a nice touch to the amenities, but for some, the value may not match the price paid. The proximity to the swimming pool entrance may vary by room.

I stayed in a BW Executive Room, which was spacious and comfortable, even featuring a sauna. However, the sliding door couldn't lock. The service was efficient, though not very friendly, with a lack of smiles from the staff. The location was convenient, close to various amenities and attractions, but the shower hose was a bit dangerous, especially for kids. The dining experience was pleasant with a variety of tasty options, especially the seriously yummy Pork Belly. The facilities were good, but the timber platform was noisy when walked on.
